Run, Jump, Throw!
Is your son or daughter interested in joining the club but is not old enough yet? Each outdoor season we have a Run, Jump, Throw Program for athletes 9-10 (Tyke). It focuses on developing fundamental movement skills and improving physical literacy through track and field inspired games, activities, and skills. This program is taught by a certified RJT coach to teach the fundamentals of running, jumping, and throwing.
